Our EDM Hole Driller, is capable of drilling burr-free holes from 0.012 to 0.120 inches in diameter in the hardest materials, carbide and heat-treated steel.

 We are entirely computerized for CAD design both for tooling and part development. Our engineering optimizes strip layouts and die progressions to minimize material waste. With assembly design, we can produce gages and fixtures to ensure quality products. Patriot generates NC codes for wire EDM directly from die designs, thereby lowering costs and increasing accuracy and efficiency.
Our engineering team will work directly with yours to improve parts design and production efficiency. We create designs electronically using Key Creator and Esprit. And we support
CAD translation (DWG, IGES, DXF, STEP) files. |
